Sports & Games
The Vision International School campus offers a sprawling 2 acres Sports Ground. It houses a basketball court, Volleyball court, Football Ground and a Badminton Court. Students are taught by trained coaches and games teachers.
The Sports Ground brims with excitement during our inter-house Athletic Meet in December, featuring events like sprinting, high jump, broad jump, discus throw, shot-put, and tug-of-war.
Awareness Programs
Based on C.I.S.C.E. guidelines, multiple awareness programs are organized every year. Students present research using audio-visual aids, skits, and dance dramas covering topics like Environment, Water, Literacy, and History awareness.
Debate
We place immense importance on debating issues. Competitions are spread throughout the year for Class 8 and above. The lively discourse of arguments and witty one-liners often continues in classrooms and buses long after the event!
Drama & Elocution
Drama in the form of one-act plays, skits, and monologues is integral to our assemblies. Our talented teachers groom students for Inter-House elocution contests in English, Hindi, and Bengali, showcasing famous speeches and poetry.
Exhibitions
Science Exhibition: Students from Middle to Higher Secondary levels prepare charts, models, and live experiments to offer detailed explanations to parents and peers.
Art Exhibition: Creative works of art and craft produced throughout the academic session are exhibited at the end of the year.
Cultural Programmes
From the Saraswati Vandana in morning assemblies to Rabindra Jayanti, Mahalaya, and Christmas plays, we ensure students stay connected to their rich heritage and culture throughout the year.
Inter House Competitions
Our student community is divided into four houses. These competitions imbibe a spirit of friendship, community, and healthy competition.
Contests include Quiz, Table Tennis, Badminton, Volley Ball, Debate, and our massive Athletic Meet. The highest-scoring house is declared Champion on Annual Prize Day.
Movie Shows
We organize movie shows in our three Multi-Activity Halls: **Shivalaya Hall**, **Sharda Hall**, and **Akshara Hall**. Our state-of-the-art audio-visual systems help inspire students through documentaries and films about inspiring personalities and global cultures.
Club Activities
Students of Class 3 and above choose from 5 clubs: Chess, Music, Art, and Literary Clubs. Weekly sessions help select teams for inter-school representation and showcase talent within the school community.
